Ingredients
2 boxes Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
1 lb spaghetti
4 tbs butter
2 tbs freshly ground black peppercorns
2 cups fresh or frozen English peas
1/2 cup chopped chives
1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, preferably with a microplane grater
Directions

1. For Pasta Boil pasta for 1-2 minutes less than the package directions specify.

 

2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet.

 

3. When foamy, add the black pepper and peas. Toast until pepper is fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

 

4. Optional: For increase flavor and vibrance, add a handful of chopped sundried tomatoes.

 

5. Add Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese and 1 cup of the pasta water. Whisk until smooth and saucy.

 

6. Add the chives, parsley, and parmesan. Mix until well combined.

 

7. Combine and Serve 1) Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Adjust for salt if needed. 2) Serve warm and enjoy!
